SERVICES
Sometimes, you realised that you will need to submit a “notarised translation” to a relevant authority instead. Looking at the certified translation you have obtained, you start to wonder if this is sufficient enough.
In short, the answer is not yet.
Notarisation of documents is important for certifying documents as valid for use within a country. In Singapore, notarisation can only be done by a Notary Public.
In order to obtain a “notarised translation”, you will need to bring the original document, translated document, and Certificate of Translation Assurance to the Notary Public. The Notary Public may also request for the representative of the translation agency to be present to sign an affidavit.
If the notarised translation is to be used overseas, do note that it will also need to be authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law and may be required to be further legalised by the foreign Embassy in Singapore and/or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).

ANALYSE
Everything starts at the quotation stage, where our staff will analyse the original document, understand your aim for translation, target audience, tentative turnaround time, project instructions/specifications, and related administrative aspects.
TRANSLATION
Once you have accepted the quotation, we will arrange for translation to be carried out in accordance to the project specifications.
REVISION
The translator will provide the translated text for revision/editing. Here, the target content will be verified against the source content for any errors or issues to be rectified.
PROOFREADING
The target content may be further reviewed so as to pick out and apply required corrections to the translation. Once a final verification against the project specifications is completed, we will proceed for delivery.
DELIVER
Our staff will send the translation and invoice to you or any assigned staff.
